Sponsor’s Message: Providence Everett Medical Center
Pavilion to enhance care

Dear Community Members,
By now, you may have seen the steel rising on the Providence Everett Medical Center Pavilion for Women and Children. Scheduled to open in February 2002, the Providence Pavilion for Women and Children will bring together — in one convenient location — a wide array of state-of-the-art health-care services for the women and children of Northwest Washington.

Located adjacent to Providence’s Pacific Campus, the Pavilion will house the Family Maternity Center, the Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit, Inpatient Pediatrics, Outpatient Pediatric Sub-specialty Clinics, the Children’s Center and a Family Resource Center. Also located in the Pavilion will be the Comprehensive Breast Center, the first of its kind in Northwest Washington.

In addition to building a beautiful new facility, Providence Everett is building some unique health-care partnerships.

A collaboration between Providence Everett Medical Center and Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center will bring a higher level of Newborn Intensive Care, as well as Sub-specialty Pediatric Clinics, to the Pavilion. A partnership with the University of Washington will provide perinatal services for women with high-risk pregnancies, right here in Everett.

Those seeking care at the Pavilion will be served by a skilled team — of physicians, nurses, medical technicians and staff — working together using the latest technology and cutting-edge procedures to ensure superior medical care.

Providence Everett Medical Center, a nonprofit medical center, has been a part of this community for more than 100 years. With ongoing community support, leading technology, highly skilled physicians and superior facilities, we will continue to provide powerful medicine — a full spectrum of health care for a lifetime — for generations to come.

Sincerely,
Providence Everett Medical Center
