Microsoft CRM seminar — Dec. 11
A free seminar on Microsoft’s customer relationship management software will be presented by Acetta and Microsoft from 9:30 a.m. to noon Dec. 11 at the Microsoft PacWest offices in Bellevue.

Attendees also will learn about critical business issues to consider when selecting a new CRM system for small- and medium-size businesses.

SBA loan briefing — Dec. 12
The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Seattle District Office is presenting a free loan briefing Dec. 12 at its downtown offices.

An SBA loan specialist will be on hand to answer questions about small-business financing options, the SBA Loan Guaranty Program and its eligibility and credit requirements.

Economic update dinner — Dec. 17
The Snohomish County Economic Development Council will hold its fourth-quarter economic update and annual dinner from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Everett Golf & Country Club.
