ENVIRONMENTAL FINANCIAL Investment representative Peter Harvey recently opened an Edward Jones office at 2905 Hewitt Ave. in Everett. Graham Haight has been promoted to president of The Bank of Washington. With 26 years of community banking experience in the Snohomish County area, Haight has been with The Bank of Washington since 2002 as its chief lending officer and recently as senior vice president and chief operating officer. Gary Schmitt will remain with The Bank of Washington as its chief executive officer. Jeff Decker, a vice president and financial consultant with D.A. Davidson & Co. in Everett, recently completed the coursework required to graduate from the company’s comprehensive wealth management program. Seta Sakkal, an architect with Everett-based DYKEMAN, was appointed to the Snohomish County Historic Preservation Commission for a three-year term. The commission is made up of nine members who are recommended by the county executive and appointed by the County Council. HEALTH CARE Alessia Ramirez, a physical therapist assistant, has joined Granite Falls Physical Therapy. Emily Day, a physical therapist, has joined Everett Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center. INSURANCE Russell Brock of Everett has been named regional sales director with AmeriPlan Corp., which specializes in discounted health benefits. MARKETING/SALES NONPROFITS Jeri Wilkes of Everett is the new vice president of finance and administration at United Way of Snohomish County. Deborah Squires of Mukilteo is vice president of marketing and communications; Nicholas Sebo of Everett is manager of the individual development account initiative and VISTA; and Samantha Spitzer of Mill Creek is the agency’s new impact and investment manager.
