Nicole Faghin has been promoted to Director of the Planning and Environmental Services Group at Everett-based Reid Middleton Inc. Ralph Petereit has been named Director of the Waterfront Group. Carolyn Cheung has joined the company as an engineer in the Civil Projects Group.

CDi Engineers, a mechanical consulting firm based in Lynnwood, has added four employees to its staff. Jeanie Iida and Randy Koetje are new mechanical engineers and project managers for the company. Nakea Allerdice has joined CDi’s CADD department, and Debbie Anderson has joined the company as a receptionist and administrative assistant.

Beth Mueller, Manager of the Edmonds office of Horizon Bank, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Jessica Pavish, an Everett-based financial professional, has attained the goal of the U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray VIP Council.

Fredric P. Sjoholm, Chairman of the board of Hascal, Sjoholm & Co. in Everett, recently was named an honorary member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a designation given to CPAs who have been members of the AICPA for 40 years.

The Professional Consultants of Snohomish County recently made changes in its leadership roster. PCSC has named John Bissell, John Bissell & Associates, President; Don Miller, GWC, Vice President; Dave Mitchell, The Jay Group, Treasurer; and Greg Krabbe, Triad Associates, Engineering Committee Chair.

Richard S. Schneider, Ph.D., has been appointed to SonoSite Inc.’s Board of Directors.

Dennis Frederick has been elected Chairman of First Heritage Bank’s Board of Directors. He is the President of Frederick & Associates, a national consulting firm specializing in strategic planning for financial firms and insurance companies. Lavonne Fuller has joined First Heritage’s staff of commercial loan officers as Vice President.

Sarah Karlsson has joined Windermere Real Estate’s Lynnwood office, Aaron Lamoureux the Everett South office and Dave Tribble the Mukilteo office as sales associates. Alice Wildanger is a new associate broker at Windermere’s Mill Creek office, and Mark Pellegrino and Darren Munson are new sales associates at the office.

Dr. Pete Hanson of Hanson Chiropractic in Everett recently was honored with the Outstanding Service Award by the Washington State Chiropractic Association.

Kevin Morris, an Everett podiatrist, has been elected Vice President of the Washington State Podiatric Association.

The Northwest Electronic Reuse Team, a group of Everett-based Verizon employees, earned the company’s John S. Balaguer Environmental Excellence Award in the employee category. Team members are: Jill Flanagin, Kathy Larsson, Carole Marti, Terry McCoy, Steve Santose, Elizabeth Shawver and Gail Tosh.

Tim Robertson has been named Store Group Leader for these Brown & Cole stores: Everett Cost Cutter; Food Pavilions in Smokey Point, Mount Vernon and Anacortes; plus Sedro Woolley Thrifty and Oak Harbor Ennen’s Foods. He also will be Store Manager for Smokey Point Food Pavilion.
