waterfront focus Herald Business Journal Staff A national expert on waterfront development will lead a discussion about future changes in Everett’s waterfront at an 11 a.m. town-hall-style meeting May 5 at the Snohomish County PUD Auditorium in downtown Everett. The program is part of The Herald’s Waterfront Renaissance Project, an effort to stimulate community involvement in the redevelopment of four major pieces of public property along Possession Sound and the Snohomish River. The Herald has received a $15,000 grant from the Pew Center for Civic Journalism. The project also includes:
