South Everett business park signs two new tenants

SCBJ Staff

Quadrant Corp. has signed two new tenants to the Quadrant I-5 Corporate Park in south Everett.

Pacific Continental Shippers LLC, also known as Pac-Con, and MOOG Inc. join Premera Blue Cross, Trader Publishing, Reid Middleton, State Farm and Maple Systems in the 14-acre business park off Interstate 5 and 134th Street SW.

Pac-Con, which manages transportation services for companies across the United States and Canada, will move its headquarters from Edmonds to 2,575 square feet inside the business park. And MOOG, a New York-based designer and builder of control systems for aircraft, missile, space vehicles and industrial machinery, will relocate its Kirkland office to the 2,666 square feet inside the business park.

The recent transactions leave some 5,000 square feet of space available for lease, Quadrant said.
