gala — Nov. 15 The theme for the dinner-and-dance event is “An Evening of Pure Elegance,” and funds raised from the event will go toward the YMCA’s Minority Achievers Program, which is aimed at helping minority students set academic goals in pursuit of higher education. The program partners minority students with adult mentors and emphasizes career and higher-education funding opportunities.
