CORRECTION

For a while, at least, the Arlington Airport was able to take first place away from the much larger Snohomish County Airport in our July cover story ranking of airports’ economic impact in the county. However, mistakes do need to be corrected. Some numbers in the Arlington and Darrington Airport data were entered incorrectly in creating the chart. Below is the corrected chart of economic impact information provided by airports to the state Department of Transportation’s Aviation Division, the source of information for the original chart. We offer our apologies for any misunderstanding caused by the erroneous numbers.
