Herald movie critic Robert Horton is scheduled to be on NBC's Today Show on Thursday.

"A crew came to Seattle a couple of weeks ago to look at locations of movies shot in the area," Horton said. Horton showed them around.

He's expecting to be on between 10:30 a.m. and 11 p.m.

It's always a proud moment when a local guy makes it onto national TV.

We can't be more pleased that Bothell's own, wedding dj Tiger Budbill, was on Fox last night.

Thanks to a tipster, we learned that the producers at Fox have some spelling homework to do, however.

They spelled "Bothell" with a "u." (Buthell)

Geeks take notice. Celebrating the 25th anniversary of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," the TV show is expected to finally come out on high-definition Blu-ray.

That's means 1080p HD masters with true HD visual effects, whatever that all means.

CBS Home Entertainment made the announcement today. They'll release a special, "The Next Level," disc on Jan. 31 ahead of the full release of season one which will come later next year.
